Five people, including two women, were killed in a plane crash in Brazil Friday, authorities said.
The small aircraft, a Seneca 3 model, was on its way from Minas Gerais state's Ouro Fino town to Tocantins state's Gurupi. It was supposed to make a stop in Caldas Novas city in midwestern Brazil for refuelling, Xinhua reported.
But it crashed into the woods near the Nelson Ribeiro Guimaraes airport, as it was about to land Friday morning, said rescue workers.
The accident was being probed.
