Former Brazil international midfielder Michel Bastos has said he is considering offers from several local clubs as he prepares to extend his professional career to an 18th season.
The 35-year-old's contract with Brazilian Serie A champions Palmeiras will expire on December 31, meaning he is free to join another club on a free transfer, reports Xinhua news agency.
"I've been approached by some [Brazilian] Serie A teams, but no decision has been made yet about my future," Bastos told Globo Esporte on Friday night.

"I'm going to have a meeting with my manager over the next few days to sort some things out but it's likely that I'll be joining another [Brazilian] club," he added.
Bastos spent last season on loan at Sport Recife and struggled for first-team opportunities as the team was relegated to Brazil's second tier.
Capped 10 times for Brazil's national team, Bastos has represented clubs in Brazil, the Netherlands, France, Germany, United Arab Emirates and Italy since making his professional debut in 2001.
