Four people were arrested on Sunday in connection with the murder of former Indian National Lok Dal legislator Bharat Singh here, police said.
Udayveer, a member of a crime gang opposed to Bharat Singh's elder brother Kishen Pehalwan, and three of his associates were on the run since the March 29 murder.
Bharat Singh was shot dead at a religious programme. Kishen Pehalwan has more than two dozen criminal cases registered against him, police said.
