At least four Islamic State militants were arrested by Punjab province Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) in Pakistan.
As per details provided by the CTD, the militants were planning to target government buildings and sensitive installations in Lahore.
Explosives were also seized from their possession, News International reported.
The suspects were identified as Syed Abdul Alam, Hafeezur Rehman, Nisar Ahmed and Tasawur Ameen.
Further investigations are underway, the CTD said.
