TV star Frankie Grande has said he is proud of his sister Ariana Grande for her apology over her "I hate Americans" comments.
The 32-year-old TV star has supported his younger sibling throughout the incident which unfolded when security footage of the singer licking a doughnut and saying "I hate Americans" was leaked to the press.
"I am proud of her apology, and that she has done it. I just hope that we can all move forward from here," Frankie told usmagazine.com.
He took to Twitter to defend Ariana and send her some positive words.
He wrote: "He who is without sin among you, let him be the first to throw a stone at her. #WeForgiveYouAriana. U made a mistake & r being judged very harshly for it but ur doing the right thing in the face of it & I'm so proud.(sic)"
The "Love me harder" hitmaker is currently being investigated by the police and the Environmental Health Department because she was seen spitting on a tray of doughnuts that were left out on the counter and sold to customers.
However, the former Nickelodeon star released a statement and a Youtube video, sincerely apologising for her actions and explained that her frustration was aimed at the growing obesity crisis that is facing the US.
