Mukesh Ambani-owned Reliance Jio will provide free wifi for the spectators at the Wankhede Stadium on all Indian Premier League (IPL) 2015 matches starting from Sunday, said a source.
The IPL is being held throughout different cities in India, but free wifi in stadium has been provided only in Wankhede, said a source on Saturday ahead of Mumbai India's home match against Kings XI Punjab.
Reliance will be offering 4G services in the entire stadium.
Spectators can log into the portal wankhede.jio.com and register their name, mobile number and date of the match to access free wifi as soon as they enter the stadium.
Mumbai Indians has seven home matches and the wifi services can be accessed on all seven matches.
Staring on Sunday against Kings XI Punjab, Mumbai play six more at Wankhede - against Chennai Super Kings on April 17, Sunrisers Hyderabad on April 25, Rajasthan Royals on May 01, Delhi Daredevils on May 05, Royal Challengers Bangalore on May 10 and their final league stage match against Kolkata Knight Riders on May 14.
