Hot gulab jamuns or ice cream in various flavours always make their way into dessert list at weddings in India. Now, frozen yoghurt has made an entry in the wedding dessert menu.
As this kind of yoghurt focuses on the health aspect too, thanks to fresh fruits toppings, people are increasingly getting drawn to it.
Rahul Deans, CEO, Cocoberry, says with the growing importance of health among consumers, it's no wonder frozen yoghurt is trending.
"It is definitely the flavour of this wedding season. Frozen yogurt typically has just a third of the calories of ice cream and is almost fat free. You have the option of packing your yoghurt with fresh fruit and other toppings," Deans said in a statement.
