Brazil playmaker Paulo Henrique Ganso completed 200 games for Sao Paulo but it was a 3-1 loss to Sao Bernardo.
Discovered by boyhood club Santos along with current Barcelona star Neymar, Ganso made his debut in 2008.
Throughout his club career in Brazil, he has won three state championships, in 2010, 2011 and 2012, as well as the 2011 Copa Libertadores, the South American answer to the UEFA Champions League, reports Xinhua.
He joined Sao Paulo in September 2012, and has become an integral part of the side's attack, scoring 19 goals and creating 43 assists.
Ganso, once considered the natural heir to the country's number 10 shirt, currently finds himself behind Kaka, Oscar and Philippe Coutinho in the international reckoning.
