The Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) will start approving building maps online from July.
Chief Architect and Town Planner Ishtiyaq Ahmad told IANS that a software was being developed by a private company for the GDA.
"Its trial has been inspected but certain changes are being incorporated. So this software will be applicable from July onwards," he said.
In the first phase, the map approval of 300 metre plots size would be approved online and the payment for the same would also be accepted online.
In the second phase, the software would include group housing and other bigger size plots.
