Ghazal singer and peace activist Ghazal Srinivas sang "Golden dreams of Gandhiji" in the Central Hall of Israeli Parliament, a statement said on Wednesday.
He sang the song in Hebrew, Hindi and English languages at a special event hosted by Yehudah Glick, Member of Knesset (Israeli Parliament) and Director General, International Relations.
Glick appreciated Ghazal Srinivas after listening the song in Hebrew and appreciated his efforts for promoting world peace and non-violence, according to the statement.
Ghazal Srinivas and Ravi Kumar Iyer, Team Leader of Indo-Israel Friendship Forum, Hong Kong, presented a special citation to Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Yehudah Glick.
"I am fortunate that I got an opportunity to sing in the Central Hall of Israeli Parliament in the presence of MPs and peace activists," said Srinivas.
