Godrej Properties Ltd, the real-estate developer arm of Godrej Group, on Tuesday said it has undertaken a township project spread across 43 acres in this Maharashtra city.
"The first phase of the project comprises of a total saleable area of approximately 1.28 million square feet and will consist of residential towers ranging from 17 to 22 stories. Customers will have multiple options to choose from 1BHK, 2BHK, and 3BHK apartments ranging from 670 square feet to 1,550 square feet," the company said in a statement.
As per the company, the township is designed for people with a "global outlook".
"Neighbourhood planning, town squares, riverside promenades and pedestrian plazas are all planned to enhance the quality of life within the development. The township will accommodate various demographics and knit them into a cultural mix that is fast becoming the identity of Pune," the statement added.
