The International Air Transport Association (IATA) on Wednesday named Goh Choon Phong, CEO of Singapore Airlines, as the new Chairman of its Board of Governors (BoG) for a period of one year.
According to IATA, Goh will assume his duties from the conclusion of the 73rd IATA annual general meeting (AGM) in Cancun, Mexico.
Goh succeeds Willie Walsh, CEO of International Airlines Group.
