Talking about an infiltration bid from across the Line of Control in Jammu and Kashmir which the army foiled, Defence Minister Manohar Parrikar on Tuesday drew an equivalence between Pakistan and hell.
"Yesterday our jawans have been able to push back five infiltrators. Going to Pakistan and going to hell is the same thing," said Parrikar during Tiranga Yatra event in Rewari, Haryana.
"Pakistan has promoted terrorism. Sometimes they themselves have become the victims of terrorism," he added.
Five militants were killed as the army on Monday foiled an infiltration bid along the Line of Control (LoC) in Uri sector of Kashmir.
