The 23 Governors, who were elected in the regional elections in Venezuela, are to swear an oath in front of the National Constituent Assembly (ANC) on Tuesday.
"I want to inform the country, that tomorrow, the ANC will be in session and the governors will be sworn in," Xinhua quoted ANC President Delcy Rodriguez as saying after a meeting on Monday with National Electoral Council (CNE) President Tibisay Lucena.
She added that the ANC would take over the audits of the electoral process, with the telecommunications and citizen verification audits still pending.
Lucena said that the CNE will deliver to the ANC on Tuesday a complete report about the Sunday's regional elections.
Rodriguez pointed to a report published on Monday by the Council of Latin American Electoral Experts (Ceela), which called it "the will of the Venezuelan people".
"Today, we listened to Ceela, a neat, detailed...report, about the transparency and the normal development of this electoral process."
