The army Friday busted a guerrilla hideout in Doda district of Jammu and Kashmir, seizing a quantity of arms and ammunition, a defence official said.
"Based on specific intelligence inputs about presence of hideouts, a joint operation was launched by the troops of Rashtriya Rifles and police in general area Gundoh of Doda district today (Friday)," defence spokesman, Col. Manish Mehta, told IANS.
"War like stores including eight rounds of under barrel grenade launcher, two rounds of rocket propelled gun, four detonators, 320 rounds mix ammunition of SLR, PIKA and AK and one device to remotely control IEDs were recovered," he added.
