Actor Gulshan Devaiah, who is teaming up with Manoj Bajpayee for the first time in "Hinterland", says he admires the way the senior actor lends authenticity to any character he plays.
"When I heard the script, I loved it and found it really interesting as well as challenging at the same time. It's going to be an exciting journey shooting for the same. I play the brother to Manoj's character in the film.
"I have watched Manoj's work and really admire him for the authenticity he lends to every character he plays. He is a phenomenal actor and has been a big inspiration for me," Gulshan said in a statement.
Gulshan especially remembers watching "Satya" and Manoj's performance as Bhiku Mhatre gave him hope.
"I started to believe that I too can succeed as a professional actor. I'm really glad and excited to have the opportunity of working with him. He is one of the most important actors of the last 25 years, a pioneer, a legend," said Gulshan.
