A Gurgaon pub manager was arrested here for prostitution and gambling, police said Thursday.
Rakesh Bhandari, the manager of the pub at Omaxe Mall on Sohna Road, was arrested Wednesday night from sector 17 after he managed to give a slip to a team that raided the premises June 5, police said.
Six women allegedly involved in prostitution and 22 gamblers were arrested during the raid, police said.
Bhandari was presented before a court which sent him to police custody for a day, a police official said.
The pub owner has been admitted to hospital and will be arrested soon, said police.
Of all the men arrested for gambling, 16 belong to Delhi, five are from Uttar Pradesh's Baghpat district, and one is from Gurgaon, said a police official.
