The Haryana government has made mega plans to celebrate 50 years of the state's existence on November 1, for which Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be the chief guest.
In order to ensure safety and better law and order situation during the inaugural event of the Golden Jubilee celebrations, the state government on Thursday appointed 33 duty magistrates for the function.
All duty magistrates have been given responsibility of different areas of Gurgaon, including of Tau Devi Lal stadium, where the event is scheduled, helipad sites, the Delhi-Gurgaon expressway, Air Force station and several other important locations.
Beside, six other officials have been assigned responsibilities of reserved duty magistrates.
Gurgaon's Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Vinay Pratap Singh and Sub Divisional Magistrate (north) Sushil Sarwan have been made overall incharge.
On November 1, Haryana completes 50 years of existence and Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar has planed a mega show with 'Bemisaal Haryana'.

'Bemisaal Haryana' will highlight the incidents of historical importance that made the state what it is today, besides showcasing the growth story and achievements of Haryana in the past of 50 years.
A year-long celebration will kick off to mark the golden jubilee from November 1, 2016 to October 31, 2017.
A short film on Haryana's culture, an act on Beti Bachao Beti Padhao, and a laser show are some of the highlights of the event, followed by Modi's address.
Officials said that Modi will address the audience in the football ground at Tau Devi Lal Stadium.
Large LED screens will be installed at Surender Singh cricket stadium so that people can watch the event live.
Three categories of seating arrangements will be available at the venue to accommodate guests and large number of dignitaries.
Free shuttle buses will ply frequently so that people can commute from parking areas to the venue.
Khattar will be holding several review meetings before the event.
