The Delhi High Court Thursday granted bail to two men, allegedly the agents of prime suspect Ullhas Prabhakar in the multi-crore-rupee Stock Guru scam case.

Justice Sunita Gupta granted bail to Naresh Kharab and Nitin Sinha on furnishing a personal bond of Rs.five lakh each with two sureties of the like amount.

Granting them bail, the court said there is no evidence of their threatening witnesses or interfering with evidence during the investigation.

The court also asked them not to influence the witnesses in any manner, to surrender their passports and not to leave the country without prior permission of the trial court.

The police had said that Kharab was one of the prominent agents working for Prabhakar, and the investigating agency had recovered Rs.four crore from his house during a raid.

They are accused of duping around two lakh investors across seven states of nearly Rs.500 crore by promising them high returns through their firm Stock Guru India, dealing in stocks.
