A Delhi court on Wednesday posted for November 3 the hearing in the bail plea of sacked AAP Minister Sandeep Kumar, who was arrested on charges of rape.
As the investigating officer of the case was absent, Special Judge Poonam Chaudhry would now hear the bail plea of Kumar on November 3.

The plea said the conduct of Kumar since the lodging of FIR against him has been good and unquestionable and he had himself surrendered to the police.
Kumar pleaded that he be allowed to celebrate Diwali with his family.
