The Congress government in Himachal Pradesh was indulging in rampant corruption, the BJP alleged on Thursday.
"It's a government of scams. Thirty months of governance and 30 scams," the BJP said in a corruption "charge sheet" submitted to Governor Kalyan Singh against the state government.
A BJP delegation, led by Leader of Opposition Prem Kumar Dhumal, met the governor and demanded dismissal of the Virbhadra Singh government.
The Bharatiya Janata Party has targeted the chief minister on alleged corruption, currently being probed by the CBI.
"The two-and-half years of the rule would be considered as a black chapter in the history of the state where development came to stand still and the government remained solely busy in corruption and political vendetta against rivals," the 34-page charge sheet said.

The BJP, which has annexed certain documents to substantiate the charges, has referred to the state government as the one giving shelter to the land mafia, forest mafia, mining mafia and drug mafia.
"The law and order situation has worsened and the state government is busy celebrating its two-and-a-half years of tenure," Dhumal told reporters here.
"Probably this government knows that it would not complete three years in the state," he added.
