The Himachal Pradesh government Tuesday invited suggestions from the people to make the state budget people-centric.
Principal Secretary (Finance) Shrikant Baldi said the suggestions could be sent on new policies in order to improve service delivery and quality of life of the general public with special emphasis on benefiting the poor.
He said new schemes and programmes for generation of self and wage employment and other important suggestions have also been invited.
It would help the government frame such policies and programmes which are more development and people-oriented.
