Capital-based theatre group Sparsh Natya Rang will present its third annual festival Hriday Manch from Thursday.
The four-day fest, to be held at Sri Ram Centre, Mandi House, will stage four plays - "Neem Hakeem Khatra-E-Jaan", "Sakharam Binder", "Bobby Breaker" and "Aadhi Sadi".
"Neem Hakeem Khatra-E- Jaan" is written by Moliere and is Sparsh Natya Rang's production. The play has a comic plot about a wife seeking revenge on her drunkard husband as he's forced from being a woodcutter to an accidental doctor.
Plays by other groups will also be showcased.
For instance, "Sakharam Binder" will be presented by Himachal Culture Research forum Theatre Repertory. Directed by Suresh Sharma, it's a high intensity drama.

"Bobby Breaker" is about a young boy who is named Bobby Breaker because he stammers.
"Aadhi Sadi", directed by Devendra Raj Ankur, is an enactment of four short stories - "Ussne Kaha Tha", "Pazeb", "Parda" and "Chief ki Dawat", set in different time zones and places.
