During the visit, Raha will meet Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe, Defence Minister Akinori Eto and his Japanese counterpart Gen. Harukazu Saitoh.
Besides, he will take part in the 60th anniversary celebrations of the Japanese Air Self-Defence Force, the statement said.
It said Raha will also take part in a symposium and interact with air chiefs of Australia, Indonesia, Vietnam, the UK and commander PACAF (Pacific Air Forces) of the US.
"The discussions would be on 'Future of Air Power and Science and Technology' and 'Tasks of Future Air Force for Stabilisation of Asia Pacific Region'," it said.
