Spanish striker Iago Falque officially became a new player for the Italian football side Torino after he was transferred on loan from Roma with the option of full purchase.
Torino announced in a statement on its website late on Monday that it temporarily acquired Falque from Roma, with a contract that includes a full purchase option, reports Efe.
The Spaniard, 26, who leaves Roma after one season, on Tuesday had his first training session with his new team-mates, led by Serbian coach Sinisa Mihajlovic.
This is an important signing for Torino, as Falque is a versatile player and knows Serie A, having played 54 games with Genoa (13 goals) and Roma (2 goals).
