Cindy Crawford, who was a supermodel in the 1990s, got nostalgic when it came to dieting and said "that a big bowl of pasta was a low-calorie option" that time.
The 48-year-old opened up about her stance on ageing and dieting, reports people.com.
"The secret is that there is no secret. Do all the stuff we know: Don't smoke, get enough sleep, drink plenty of water, find what makes you happy," she said.
She also maintains the importance of sticking to a skincare routine.
"Results are cumulative. When a 35-year-old starts taking care of her skin, she won't look different. It's when you're my age that you start seeing the payoff," she said.
Crawford also reflected on having some nostalgia for the 1990s when it comes to dieting.
"Remember back in the 1990s when people thought that a big bowl of pasta was a low-calorie option? Those were the days. Today, eating that is like eating a sundae," she said.
