India bowled out for 444 in first innings, concede 73-run lead

India were bowled out for 444, conceding a 73-run lead to Australia in their first innings before lunch on the fourth day of the first Test at the Adelaide Oval here Friday.

Offie Nathan Lyon removed the overnight batsmen Rohit Sharma (43) and Wriddhiman Saha (25) before taking another wicket of Ishant Sharma to complete a five-wicket haul.

Mohammed Shami contributed 34 as India managed to add only 75 runs to their overnight score of 369 for five.

Karn Sharma scored four before he had his stumps dismantled by pace bowler Peter Siddle.
