The minister, who is on an official visit to Unesco headquarters in Paris, said India's efforts are aimed at opening the windows of opportunity of education to its all citizens.

"To this end, India offered to partner with Unesco towards collaborative knowledge sharing, which would assist all countries in their efforts towards achieving Agenda 2030 in a timely manner," Irani said in her address to 'The Leaders' Forum', according to an official release issued here.

She also affirmed India's solidarity with the people and the government of France in the wake of the recent terror attacks in Paris.
