Indian Hotels Company on Friday said it has conveined an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) on December 20 to consider and, if thought fit, to pass a resolution to remove Cyrus Mistry as a director of the company.
"Notice is hereby given that an EGM of The Indian Hotels Company, on the requisition of Tata Sons, which holds 28.01 per cent of the paid up equity share capital of the company, will be held on Tuesday, December 20, 2016," the company said in a regulatory filing to the BSE.
