Indian women opt to field against West Indies in World Cup

The Indian women's team won the toss and opted to bowl in their second World Cup group match against the previous edition's runners-up West Indies at the County Ground here on Thursday.

While the India team was unchanged, the Caribbean side made one change with Kyshona Knight replacing Shakera Selman.

Teams

India: Punam Raut, Smriti Mandhana, Mithali Raj (Captain), Harmanpreet Kaur, Dipti Sharma, Mona Meshram, Shikha Pandey, Jhulan Goswami, Ekta Bisht, Sushma Verma (WK), Poonam Yadav.

West Indies: Hayley Matthews, Felicia Walters, Stafanie Taylor (Captain), Deandra Dottin, Merissa Aguilleira (WK), Kyshona A Knight, Chedean Nation, Shanel Daley, Afy Fletcher, Anisa Mohammed, Shamilia Connell.
