Iran's Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif has condemned the bombing attack on Turkey's Istanbul Ataturk international airport that killed at least 42 people.
"Extremism and violence is a global threat, and we must tackle it together," Zarif said on Wednesday, expressing regret that terrorism has hit Iran's "friendly and neighbouring" country, Xinhua news agency reported.
On Tuesday night, suicide bombers opened random fire at Attaturk Airport in Istanbul and then blew their suicide jackets up, leaving at least 42 dead and 239 others injured.
