Iran Thursday said a new round of expert talks between the Islamic Republic and world powers was "fruitful", a media report said.
Iran and the P5+1 or the five permanent members of the UN Security Council - the US, China, Russia, France and Britain - plus Germany wrapped up their expert-level nuclear talks Wednesday in New York, Press TV reported.
"In these negotiations, the latest expert views on the technical nuclear issues were studied," head of Iran's nuclear negotiating team Hamid Baeidinejad said.
The two-day nuclear talks were being held alongside the ongoing third session of the Preparatory Committee (PrepCom) for the 2015 Review Conference of the Parties to the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons (NPT).
