The International Tennis Federation (ITF) on Thursday fined Australian Bernard Tomic and Russian Daniil Medvedev for the incidents at Wimbledon.
The 24-year-old Tomic called for a physiotherapist, although he was not injured in an attempt to affect the rhythm of the match against German Mischa Zverev in the first round on Tuesday. He lost the match 4-6, 3-6, 4-6, reports Efe.
ITF decided to impose a $15,000 fine on Tomic, who also said he was bored during the match.
Medvedev was also fined for his conduct during and after losing to Belgian Ruben Bemelmans on Wednesday.
The federation imposed three fines totalling $14,500 on Medvedev, who argued with umpire Mariana Alves and threw coins at her chair.
