Tata Motors' Britain-based luxury automobile manufacturing arm Jaguar Land Rover Wednesday reported 20 percent sales growth in May at 38,831 units.
"The continued success of F-Type convertible, coupled with the launch of Coupe, has supported Jaguar sales momentum. For Land Rover, the Range Rover Sport and Evoque continue to deliver impressive sales performance," said Andy Goss, Jaguar Land Rover group, sales operations director.
Segment-wise, Jaguar sales in the month under review was up four percent at 6,450 units.
Land Rover, on other hand sold 32,381 units, up 23 percent with sales rising in China and the North American region.
