Actor James Franco is set to make his television comeback with "11/22/63", an adaptation of Stephen King's novel of the same name.
"11/22/63" is about a high school English teacher Jake Epping, who travels back in time to prevent the assassination of US President John F. Kennedy, reports hollywoodreporter.com.
The thriller from J.J. Abrams will be a nine-hour miniseries and Franco will play the lead role of Epping in it.
The 36-year-old has previously appeared in TV shows like "Freaks and Geeks" and "General Hospital".
