Actor John Travolta has taken it upon himself to take care of the family of "The Sopranos" actor James Gandolfini, who died earlier this week.
Travolta starred with Gandolfini in "Lonely Hearts", "Get Shorty" and "The Taking of Pelham 123".
Gandolfini, who died aged 51 in Rome, is survived by Michael, 13, his son from first marriage to Marcy Wudarski, wife Deborah Lin and their daughter Liliana, eight months.
"My goal is to make sure his family is okay," thesun.co.uk quoted Travolta as saying.
"His little boy, I watched him grow up, and his brand new little girl. We'll just make sure they're taken care of," he added.
Travolta even said that his father sold tyres to Gandolfini's father.
