Musician siblings Kevin, Nick and Joe Jonas have decided to disband their group known as Jonas Brothers. They say it was a "unanimous decision".
The trio sparked rumours of a rift between them after they cancelled their US concert at short notice earlier this month.
"It's over for now," people.com quoted Kevin as saying.
Nick added: It's really hard to say 'forever'. We're closing a chapter, for sure. I was feeling kind of trapped. I needed to share my heart with my brothers."
Joe added to the confirmation of the split by saying: "It was a unanimous decision."
Jonas Brothers came together in 2005 and went on to give popular albums like "It's All About Time", "A Little Bit Longer" and "Lines, Vines and Trying Times".
