Retired Brazilian star Juninho has advised young French and Juventus midfielder Paul Pogba to not consider a move back to Ligue 1 champions Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) but to join his Serie A side's Champions League final rivals Barcelona.
The former Lyon player on Thursday said that his home-based club would not suit the 22-year-old sensation but Barcelona instead, reports Xinhua.
"Barca, if they are able to buy him, would be good," said Juninho.
"Andres Iniesta's level has started to drop a bit and Barca could continue to win for years with Pogba in the team."
The French international impressed in Juventus' second leg match of Champions League semi-final against hosts Real Madrid as the Serie A club claimed a 3-2 aggregate win to set up a final against Barcelona next month in Berlin.
Pogba, who signed a new five-year deal at Juventus in October 2014, is expected to be a target for the majority of Europe's top clubs this summer, with Les Parisiens leading the chase by offering an 80 million euros fee.

Juninho, however, said he should turn his back to the PSG and explore other options, like Barcelona.
"With their style of play, a 4-3-3 format, it would be ideal (for Pogba)," he said.
"At Real Madrid he would need more time to adjust. I would choose Barca and I would never return to France."
