Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Sunday, made it a point to cite foreign publications, which had praised the performance of the AAP government in the national capital.

Addressing a public rally here, he said that leading US daily The Washington Post had praised the unique 'mohalla' (neighbourhhood) clinics set up by the Aam Aadmi Party government in Delhi.

"Even The Washington Post has written about whether America can learn from Delhi's mohalla clinic," Kejriwal said, adding that each mohalla clinic was a novel concept which was low in cost, but had brought cheap, but qualitative healthcare to the doorsteps of the poorer sections of society.

"There was a time when people used to say one should learn from how they do things in America. Now it is the other way round," he said.

Kejriwal also cited a recent article in the Fortune magazine, which the Delhi chief minister said, had praised the "Odd-Even" traffic management scheme implemented twice in the national capital.

The Delhi chief minister has been vocally critical of a section of the Indian media, which he has claimed has been unfairly targeting his AAP.
