Defending its minister Satyendar Jain, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Tuesday said its ministers were being framed in false cases due to a political conspiracy.
Kejriwal, a former senior income tax officer, said he summoned Jain this morning after the income tax department summoned him. "Saw all papers. He is innocent, being framed.
"If he were guilty, we would have thrown him out. We stand by him," the Aam Aadmi Party leader tweeted.
Kejriwal said false cases were being hurled against AAP MLAs and ministers, an FIR had been slapped against him, the CBI had raided him too.
"Why? A very big conspiracy. Will expose in Delhi assembly on Friday," Kejriwal said.

Jain, who holds six portfolios, was summoned by the income tax department on Wednesday for questioning regarding companies in which he was an investor.
Jain said he had nothing to do with the companies since 2011 when he entered politics.
He also dared media channels to air an expose which Kejriwal was going to make soon.
Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia also defended Jain.
"Satyendar Jain will cooperate with the investigation. There are allegations on Prime Minister Narendra Modi as well. The media must focus on that too."
Sisodia said there would be a day's session of the Delhi assembly on Friday in which the false cases filed against the Delhi ministers would be discussed among other issues.
"We will also discuss the situation regarding dengue and chikungunya," he said.
