Kenyan Patrick Terer and Ethiopian Firehiwoth Dado won the men's and women's race respectively in the 20th Prague Marathon Sunday.
The 23 year-old Terer crossed the line in 2:08:07, which was followed by his fellow Kenyan Evans Chebet with 2:08:17. Zimbabwe's Cuthbert Nyasango took third with 2:09:52, Xinhua reported.
Ethiopian Dado won the women's title of the race, dominating the action to win in 2:23:34. Her compatriots Fantu Eticha and Ashete Bekere took the second and third place with 2:27:31 and 2:28:04 respectively.
Prague Marathon is an IAAF Gold Label Road Race and is considered one of the most beautiful and international marathons in the world. There are around 10,000 runners participated in Sunday's Prague Marathon including 22 runners from China.
