Actress Nicole Kidman says she loves playing with her children because it "brings back the child" in her.
The 48-year-old cherishes the time she spends with seven-year-old Sunday and four-year-old Faith -- her daughters with husband Keith Urban -- and thinks it is important to "get down on the floor" to play the games they like, reports femalefirst.co.uk.
Asked how she spends her free time, Kidman told DuJour magazine: "With an hour free, it depends. I love getting down on the floor and playing with my kids. I read an article that says it's so important to actually get down on their level and play with them for an hour a day. So I do that, and I love that. It brings back the child in me."
When she is able to snatch brief moments alone, Kidman, who also has children Isabella, 22, and Connor, 20, with former husband Tom Cruise, likes to meditate.
"With one minute, I'll daydream or meditate. I love just sitting quietly meditating," she said.
