Pop star Lady Gaga and her manager Troy Carter have called it quits following creative differences.
The 27-year-old ended her professional relationship with Carter just days ahead of the release of her third studio album "Artpop" Nov 11, reports femalefirst.co.uk.
"It's sad but also liberating at the same time. One door closes and another opens," a source told usmagazine.com
Carter helped launch Gaga's career after joining her team in 2007.
The music manager even earned an Emmy Award nomination in 2011 for his efforts in producing Gaga's "Lady GaGa Presents the Monster Ball Tour: At Madison Square Garden".
