The company would be focusing heavily on functional areas such as beauty and laundry service providers and optimizing customer satisfaction as part of the new launch, a statement said, adding that customers can now easily fulfill their laundry and beauty needs through a few taps on their phone.
"We started with the low-hanging categories like repairs, handymen, pest control and cleaning tasks, ones which are the basic needs and are now moving up the value chain to make Timesaverz a comprehensive destination to get all home service requests fulfilled," said Timesaverz co-founder and CEO Debadutta Upadhyaya.
Tapping the immense potential in India for online ordering of home services, Timesaverz is available across the four metros.
The Timesaverz mobile app enables easy booking, tracking, and payment process for a range of home services including a wallet option. The services are can be availed from its website or through the apps on Google Play Store and App Store.
