Pop star Lily Allen has been training at a specialist gym where clients are put through punishing regimes that act like a "natural Botox" to fight off ageing.
Allen shared a photograph of herself at the Face Gym here alongside the caption: "Putting in the hours @face_gym #tiring (sic)."
Customers are offered half-hour treatments which include a warm-up, cardio, advanced training and a cool down, reports femalefirst.co.uk.
They can also seek help for specific problem areas including the scalp, brows, cheeks and jaw.
"Face Gym is grounded in the principle that we don't think twice about toning our muscles at the gym so why think differently about the face? Face Gym goes beyond the skin - our face trainers work deep into the muscles around key problem areas such as jowls, eyes and foreheads," Inge Theron, founder of Face Gym told the Daily Star newspaper.
The "Hard out here" singer has signed up for the training sessions two months after celebrating her 30th birthday in May.
