Actress-singer Liza Minnelli has been receiving treatment at an undisclosed rehab facility in Malibu reportedly for alcohol abuse.
The 69-year-old is making "excellent progress" during her stay, reports aceshowbiz.com.
Minnelli's representative Scott Gorenstein has confirmed her rehab stay via a statement: "Liza Minnelli has valiantly battled substance abuse over the years and whenever she has needed to seek treatment she has done so. She is currently making excellent progress at an undisclosed facility."
However, no official information was shared on the main cause that led to her treatment.
Minnelli is no stranger to rehab treatments. She has been checking into facilities multiple times and her main issue was alcohol abuse. Her last rehab stay was in 2004.
Her late mother, Judy Garland, also battled addiction for most of her life before passing away in 1969 for "an incautious self-overdosage" of barbiturates.
