Lok Sabha Speaker Sumitra Mahajan has called an all party meeting on Sunday to ensure smooth functioning of the house during parliament's budget session that resumes on April 25.
Officials from parliament Secretariat said the meeting will take place at 11.30 am in Parliament Library.
The Narendra Modi government is eyeing passage of key legislation, including the Goods and Service Tax Bill and the National Waterway Transportation Bill during the session.
The Joint Parliamentary Committee headed by S. S. Ahluwalia is also expected to table its report on Lands Acquision Bill during in the house early next month.
A separate parliament session has been necessitated after President Pranab Mukherjee prorogued the two houses following the central government deciding to go for an ordinance to facilitate government expenditure from the Consolidated Fund of India for Uttarakhand after the state was placed under the President's Rule last month.

The session would transact the remaining agenda of budget session that started on February 23. The first half of session had concluded on March 16 and the parliament was to meet for the second half of budget session from April 25 to May 13.
