"Yum" is what American singer and actress Mandy Moore exclaimed upon digging into 'litti chokha', a delicacy of Bihar, during her ongoing India visit.
Moore, known for movies like "A Walk To Remember" and "Tangled", landed in the capital on September 5. Since then, she has been living up some experiences to cherish.
In Delhi, she did the "tourist" thing by getting photographed against the Rashtrapati Bhavan, and tweeted: "Playing tourist in Delhi with @mbopaiah and @MarshallPSI."
The actress is here on a purpose -- to support NGO Population Services International (PSI), India's Gender Based Violence (GBV) Programme Project Wajood.
Her visit to Patna entailed an assessment of innovative models to provide toilets which can save lives, reduce violence against girls and women and help local entrepreneurs.
"Yum! Sampling the ultimate Bihari delicacy: #littichokha #Patna #Bihar #loveindia," Moore tweeted on Monday during her visit to Patna, where she felt inspired to meet a host of women.
