Actor-musician Kevin Jonas says his reality TV show "Married to Jonas" is like therapy for him because it allows him and his co-star wife Danielle Deleasa to review their points of view after a fight.
The "Jonas Brothers" singer tied the knot with Deleasa in December 2009. He says the show is a unique opportunity for them to look back at their moments as it follows their lives.
"The other night we had an argument. Sometimes you say things you don't necessarily mean or can be misconstrued. All you want is for the person to be with you. It came across as me never wanting her to get a job and that I think her place is in the house, and that wasn't my opinion at all. It had to do with me wanting her to be on the road with me," femalefirst.co.uk quoted Jonas as saying.
"It was a selfish moment for sure, but at the end of the day you look back and think, 'Wow'. Don't you wish you had that option in a relationship to be able to watch back your arguments so you can see who was right and who was wrong," he said.
"Can it be like therapy? Yeah," he added.
However, Jonas admits that the cameras can be equally problematic as his words will always be there to haunt him.

"It takes a toll. You have to be open and that's why a lot of people have issues I think. Because you sometimes let things go under, but when you're doing a show like this it's all out there.
"So when you say something you don't mean, these things are lasting. Therefore, we have to work through that as a couple to be as strong as we can," he said.
