Maruti Suzuki sets up workshops at Delhi training institute

Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia on Wednesday inaugurated auto body repair and auto body paint workshops set up by Maruti Suzuki India Ltd. (MSIL) at an Industrial Training Institute (ITI) in the capital.

The workshops were set up at the ITI in west Delhi's Pusa area.

"With the specialised training programmes and state-of-the-art facilities, we aim to equip the institutes to offer relevant skills to students," MSIL executive director Panjak Narula said in a statement.

Spread across 6,000 square feet, MSIL invested Rs.85 lakh in upgrading the Automobile Skill Enhancement Centre and setting up the workshops.
